How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically inspected, processed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Because we ship directly from our international manufacturing hub to ensure you get the best price and quality, please allow 10–21 days for final delivery to the US.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to our dedicated tracking page. If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package. What should I do?

Occasionally, couriers mark packages as "delivered" a day early, or they may tuck them away in a hidden location for safety. Please double-check your porch, side doors, and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package 48 hours after the delivery status was updated, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately with the correct address. We process orders quickly, so if your order has not yet shipped, we can update it for you. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we can no longer make changes, and you will need to contact the local carrier directly to request a redirect.

Why does my tracking say "No information available at this time"?

When shipping internationally, it can take 3–7 business days for the logistics network to scan the package and update the initial tracking data in their system. If it has been more than 7 business days and your tracking still shows no updates, please reach out to us for assistance.
