At Knee'd IT, our goal is to provide you with the most reliable shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day and pride ourselves on offering the highest level of responsiveness.

To ensure you receive the highest quality dial-adjusted compression devices at the best possible value, orders are dispatched directly from our international manufacturing hubs and fulfillment centers. We conduct strict quality checks before every shipment to ensure you receive top-tier products.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship via trusted global logistics partners and local couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS, depending on your exact location.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 10–21 days (depending on your location)

Please note that delivery estimates exclude weekends, holidays, and unforeseen courier-related delays. During peak seasonal periods or unexpected demand surges, processing times may be slightly extended.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES

Shipping times may occasionally vary based on customs clearance procedures in your destination country.

Most orders are not subject to any customs or import duties, particularly within the U.S. However, in rare cases, your local customs authority may apply additional fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you authorize Knee'd IT or its logistics partners to handle the import process on your behalf, including the delegation of customs clearance to a third party when necessary.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Because packages are moving through international logistics networks, tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to populate after the shipment leaves our facility. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see your shipping confirmation email.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

To optimize speed and get your products to you as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

RETURNS & FAILED DELIVERIES

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, or because the customer failed to collect it from the courier, it may be reshipped at the customer's expense. In such cases where a refund is requested instead, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs once the item arrives back at our warehouse.

When returning items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


SHIPPING FAQ

What happens if my package is lost due to an address error? We are not responsible for delivery failures if the shipping address is entered incorrectly during the checkout process. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before completing your order. If you realize you have made an error, you must notify us within 2 hours of placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will receive a refund (excluding return shipping charges), or we can reship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee. Once a package is in transit, we cannot reroute it.

Am I responsible for shipping and customs charges? We are not responsible for any additional shipping or carrier charges once the items have been dispatched. By purchasing our products, you agree that your packages may be subject to standard customs processing and applicable local charges upon arriving in your country.

Where is my tracking information? Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't see it within a few days of ordering, please check your SPAM or Promotions folders.

My tracking says "No Information Available At This Time." When shipping internationally, it can take 3 to 7 business days for the logistics network to scan the package and update the initial tracking data in their system. If it has been more than 7 business days and your tracking still shows no updates, please reach out to us for assistance.

Will my items be sent in one package? For logistical efficiency, items from the same purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was specified at checkout.

Can I cancel or change an order? Because we process orders rapidly to ensure fast shipping, you can only cancel or modify your order without penalty within 2 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, simply email us with the subject line “CANCELLATION.” Once your order has been processed and enters our fulfillment system, we are entirely unable to cancel or alter it, as it is already being prepared for dispatch.
