1. Overview Knee'd IT is committed to delivering long‑term relief and measurable improvements through our dial-adjusted compression devices. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return, refund, or replacement. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Knee'd IT before the item can be shipped back.

2. 365‑Day At‑Home Trial You may try your Knee'd IT device for 365 days from the date of delivery. If you do not achieve visible or satisfactory results within this period, you may request a refund under the terms below.

  • Minimum Usage Requirement: Because joint support and relief build gradually, we require a minimum of 30 days of consistent use before a refund request can be submitted under our performance guarantee. If you experience discomfort or abnormal reactions during this period, contact our Support Team at info@kneedit.com for guidance.

  • PayPal Refund Limitation: If your order was paid through PayPal, refunds are limited to 180 days from the date of purchase due to PayPal’s platform restrictions. PayPal orders cannot be refunded after 180 days and are not eligible for the full 365‑day trial refund window. All other payment methods remain eligible for the full 365‑day trial.

3. Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return:

  • The device must include all original packaging, accessories, and components.

  • The return must be shipped to an authorized Knee'd IT return warehouse.

  • An RMA number must be issued by our team prior to shipping.

  • The device must not show signs of misuse, neglect, or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.

  • Items returned without an RMA or sent to unauthorized facilities cannot be processed.

4. Fees, Deductions & Shipping Responsibilities

  • 4.1 Service/Restocking Fee: All approved non-defective returns are subject to a 20% service/restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your final refund amount.

  • 4.2 Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Sales tax and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping, customs, duties, and taxes. If a package is refused at delivery, any return‑to‑sender carrier fees will be deducted from the refund.

5. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Credit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • PayPal refunds are only possible within 180 days of purchase.

6. Replacements If your device arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging showing the defect.

  • Knee'd IT will immediately arrange a free replacement. Replacements are prioritized to ensure uninterrupted use of your device.

7. Order Cancellations

  • 7.1 Cancellation Window: Because we process orders rapidly to ensure fast global shipping, if you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After this strict 2-hour window, orders enter our fulfillment network and cannot be canceled.

  • 7.2 After Shipment: Once an order has shipped or a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled or rerouted. If you no longer want the item, you must wait for it to arrive and follow the standard return process outlined in this policy.

8. Non‑Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products or extended warranties.

  • Additional wearable accessories (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items missing parts or original packaging.

  • Items showing misuse, neglect, or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.

  • Products returned to unauthorized forwarding facilities or return-to-sender addresses without an RMA.

9. Chargebacks If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or experiencing tracking delays, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication invalidates your eligibility for:

  • The 365‑day money-back guarantee.

  • Standard refunds.

  • Free replacements. We are fully committed to resolving any logistics or product issues directly, fairly, and promptly.

10. EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period For orders shipped within the European Union:

  • You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

11. Abuse Prevention To maintain fairness and protect product integrity, MEA WILLDOIT LLC reserves the right to limit or deny returns due to:

  • Excessive or irregular return activity from a single customer or address.

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior toward our support staff.

  • Returns of items that are heavily damaged by the user or missing core components.
